Of all the welding techniques of metallic materials, the technique of the electron beam is the most satisfactory.
For a long time the preserve of the nuclear power, space and aeronautical industries, very demanding in terms of quality,
this technique is adapted today to many traditional metalworking activities.
This evolution is made possible thanks to the manufacturers of these machines who make efforts today more than
yesterday to offer equipment adapted to these application areas and adjust their prices to the investment capacities
of these industry sectors. This process pushes back the limits of feasibility and makes it possible to imagine products
which otherwise could not be produced.
The range of weld-able materials by this technology is wide. Clock and watch makers will be interested by this technology as well
as the screw-cutting industry and all industries working metals and their alloys.
Biometrics is a single entrance point for the checking, the identification and the authentication of people. Its operation is characterized by:
- Reading of fingerprint with identification of specificities of the finger,
- The transformation of these specificities into information technology code,
- The creation of a reference data base, with inviolable automatic encoding (128bits) and the recording in a protected data base.
Each commercial or public site, when opening, is allotted by safety commissions a value of maximum acceptable presence (or MAF, Maximum Admission Figures), related to usage and surface (m ²) of the site.
The counting solutions of QuantaFlow make it possible to provide in real time, by the counting of in- and out- flows, with 95% accuracy, the number of people present inside the site at any given moment.
It allows, in particular, the persons in charge of security for the sites, to limit the access to areas, depending on the MAF limit being reached. The penalty incurred in the event of non respect can be important, going as far as the closing of the accused site.
For the implementation of effective solutions by businesses, (e.c) efficient consulting chose to use a new reporting engine.
This engine uses any data source and generates pdf documents of high quality (open format allowing electronic exchange, printing but also archiving), including, for example, the graphs - entirely vectorial.
