The department Marcom-sales has a specific role since it sets up the marketing strategy of the company and
ensures the majority of the first contacts for customers for the whole of the departments.
When a client project is to be evaluated, it is immediately entrusted to the manager of the most qualified department for a thorough study.
This manager constitutes his team of consultants according to the needs of the project and manages it until delivery.
He remains the privileged interlocutor of the client over the whole lifespan of the project. |
